Requirements for medical goggles

Medical protective glasses can prevent patients' blood, body fluids, and secretions from directly splashing into the eyes and covering the eyes. It can be reused after high temperature and high pressure sterilization. It is generally composed of a protective cover made of polymer materials, PC lenses and fixtures.

General requirements for medical goggles:

1. There are no burrs and sharp angles on the surface of the product frame, and the structure is complete. There are no obvious steps, depressions, residual support materials, powder debris and other attachments. It will not cause eye and facial discomfort when worn.

2. The surface of the lens should be flat, smooth, and anti-fog, without scratches, ripples, bubbles, impurities or other obvious defects that may damage vision.

3. The adjustable parts or structural parts should be easy to adjust or replace, and the fixed tie rods should have good elasticity.

4. Visual inspection, hand touch, operation inspection

Medical safety goggles are a common protective tool, which is mainly used for clinical medical staff. Not only are the requirements stricter in terms of materials and qualifications, but also stricter in terms of protective properties.
