However, the performance of high-quality ozone generators is very stable, and the ozone concentration and output are not affected by environmental factors. However, the low-configuration ozone generator is greatly affected by the environment when it is working. The increase in temperature and humidity can greatly reduce the ozone production and concentration, and affect the treatment effect. The price and performance should be comprehensively compared when purchasing.
IV. Avoid misunderstandings
1. Check whether the ozone generator contains a air source. The cost of a generator with air source and a generator without air source are quite different.
2. Understand the structure of the ozone generator, make sure whether it can be operated continuously, and its ozone output concentration and other indicators.
3. Confirm the rated output of the ozone generator, and figure out it is the output marked when using an air source or an oxygen source. Because the ozone output of the ozone generator using an oxygen source is twice that of an air source, the cost difference between the two is nearly doubled.
V. Backup machine
For places where continuous work is not allowed to stop, there should be a backup machine when purchasing an ozone generator. Purchasing according to the principle of dual use and one backup, one use and one backup. The standby unit is mainly used alternately during equipment maintenance or repair to avoid impact on normal production due to downtime for maintenance.
